Motinova Volans Plus Motor
Power comes from the Motinova Volans Plus mid-drive motor, producing up to 75Nm of torque. Smooth and progressive assistance makes hills, longer journeys and everyday commuting easier without taking away the natural feel of riding a bike.
The integrated BMZ V10 battery keeps the weight positioned centrally within the frame while maintaining the BELECO's clean appearance. Battery capacity options are available up to 820Wh, depending on the model specification.
Shimano Nexus 8-Speed Hub Gearing
Instead of a conventional derailleur drivetrain, the BELECO 5 uses a dependable Shimano Nexus 8-speed internal gear hub. The gears are protected inside the rear hub, helping reduce maintenance while providing simple and intuitive shifting for everyday riding.
Gates Carbon Belt Drive
The Shimano Nexus system is paired with a Gates Carbon Drive CDX belt. Quiet, clean and extremely low maintenance, the belt drive requires no traditional chain lubrication, making it particularly well suited to commuting and year-round riding.
Comfortable & Practical
An SR Suntour NVX suspension fork with 80mm travel helps smooth out rough roads, cycle paths and uneven surfaces, while wide Schwalbe Road Cruiser 28 x 2.1" tyres offer additional comfort and stability. Reflective detailing and puncture protection add extra reassurance for everyday use.
The BELECO 5 also features a comfortable Selle Royal Essenza saddle and suspension seatpost, making it well suited to longer rides as well as shorter trips around town.

Practical equipment comes fitted as standard, including full-length mudguards, front and rear lighting and a strong rear carrier.
The MIK HD rear rack can carry up to 27kg and is compatible with MIK accessories, making it easy to add compatible panniers, baskets or luggage. The rear light is neatly integrated into the carrier for a clean and practical finish.
