Full Product Description
The Mondraker Dusty RR Helion 2027 is built for riders who want a fast, capable and beautifully integrated electric gravel bike that can handle much more than simple towpath miles. Mondraker describes the new Dusty as an all-round platform, and that sums it up well: it is made for gravel, commuting, broken roads, winter lanes, fitness rides and long-distance adventure.
The big update is the move to the TQ HPR60 mid-drive motor. This gives the Dusty RR a more natural and connected ride feel than older hub-drive gravel e-bikes. The motor delivers helpful support when you need it, especially on steep climbs, into headwinds or on longer routes, but it still lets the bike roll and feel like a proper performance gravel bike.
Power is supplied by a TQ HPR Battery V05 580Wh internal battery. That gives the Dusty RR a strong range advantage for riders who want to use it for more than short spins. Whether you are commuting through the week or heading out for a big mixed-surface ride at the weekend, the battery capacity gives proper confidence.
The Dusty Stealth Air Carbon frame keeps everything clean and integrated, with internal cable routing, a tapered head tube, 12x142mm rear axle spacing, flat mount brake compatibility and an integrated dropout speed sensor. It is a premium frame platform designed to feel efficient on the road, stable on gravel and confident when the surface gets rough.
The RR build gets a high-end component package. SRAM Force AXS HRD hydraulic brakes give confident braking control, while the SRAM X0 Eagle AXS T-Type rear derailleur, SRAM XS-1295 10-52T cassette and E.13 Piedmont Race Carbon E*Spec crankset create a strong, wide-range wireless drivetrain for steep climbs and mixed terrain.
Wheel and tyre choice is a major part of the Dusty RR's character. The Zipp 303 XPLR S carbon wheels use a wide 32mm internal rim profile, paired with Goodyear XPLR Inter 700x50 tyres. That gives the bike excellent comfort, grip and control on rough surfaces, while still keeping it quick enough for road miles and fast gravel sections.
The Dusty RR Helion 2027 is ideal for riders who want one premium e-bike to cover a lot of ground. It is not a heavy, overbuilt electric mountain bike and it is not a narrow-tyred road bike. It sits right in the sweet spot: fast, comfortable, powerful enough when needed and ready for almost any mixed-surface route you point it at.
Because it combines a lightweight carbon frame, natural TQ HPR60 assistance, a large 580Wh battery, SRAM AXS wireless gearing, Zipp carbon wheels and big 700x50 tyres. It is made for riders who want speed, range, comfort and real all-road confidence in one premium electric gravel bike.
