We offer UK delivery and free in-store collection from Midlands Cycles in Stone. Delivery options and costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Bikes are carefully checked and prepared by our workshop before collection or dispatch where applicable.

Changed your mind? For online orders, you can let us know within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and checked.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Based on UK online selling guidance: customers normally have 14 days after delivery to cancel an online order, and refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
